Simply visit any network hospital in Bengaluru as you normally would, and show your digital Care Pass card (or quote your membership ID) at registration or billing. The 5% discount is applied to your eligible charges. No booking through us, no paperwork.
OPD plans (₹349 individual / ₹1,199 family) cover a 5% discount on OPD consultations, scans and diagnostic tests. OPD + IPD plans (₹499 individual / ₹1,699 family) cover all of that plus in-patient hospital bills. All plans are valid for 3 years at network hospitals.
A family plan covers up to 4 family members under one membership. You sign up with the primary member's details, and add the remaining members afterwards - each covered member gets the same 5% discount at network hospitals for the full 3 years.
